The programs that turn a good year into income that keeps paying — for you, your family, or both. This is the pillar most agents underweight when comparing brokerages, because none of it shows up on a first-year commission statement — its value only becomes obvious five, ten, or twenty years in.
Revenue Shares
Every agent you personally sponsor into Real pays a 15% split until they cap — and a slice of that split, up to $4,000 a year per capped Tier 1 agent, flows back to you. It compounds down five tiers: the agents your Tier 1 recruits bring in become your Tier 2, and so on, meaning a single well-connected recruit from years ago can still be generating income today through people they brought in that you've never even met.
Unlock Tiers
Tier 1 is available to every agent immediately, but Tiers 2 through 5 unlock based on your own network size and production — the deeper tiers reward agents who've built a genuinely large, active downline, not just anyone who happened to recruit a few people early on.
Co-Sponsor Revenue Share
Recruiting doesn't have to be a solo effort. If you and another agent both play a role in bringing someone to Real, you can split the sponsorship and the resulting revenue share — useful when a recruit came through a joint event, a referral chain, or simply two people vouching for the brokerage together.
Real Retirement
Most brokerages' relationships with you end the day you stop producing. Real Retirement is the opposite: after five consecutive years as a producing agent, your revenue share keeps paying out even after you've fully stopped selling — as long as your license stays active. For an agent who built a large network over a career, that's an income stream that outlives their production.
Willable Revenue Share
Once you're eligible, you can name a beneficiary for your revenue share, meaning the income you built by sponsoring other agents doesn't just stop when you pass away — it can continue to a spouse, child, or anyone else you designate. Not many brokerages offer anything an agent can actually leave behind.
