Yes, Agents receive free leads generated through an agent’s personal site will be directly assigned to that agent. We offer Lofty, a tool designed to generate more leads and help nurture existing ones. For certified agents, we provide Prime Time that allows agents to answer company phone calls, ensuring that any leads from these calls are exclusively assigned to the responding agent.

Your annual agent fee of $365 will be automatically charged to the card or bank account you provided. The first payment of $182.50 begins on your onboarding date and the remaining balance will recur every six months.

In accordance with our Brokerage Policies and Procedures and TREC compliance requirements (§535.2 and §535.156):

All executed documents must be uploaded to Dotloop within 3 days of execution, and a complete compliance file must be submitted at least 5 days prior to closing for review and approval.

To ensure timely payment, all compliance documents must be submitted at least 5 days prior to closing for review and approval. The Code of Ethics and Fair Housing requirements must be satisfied every three years. To check your status, log in to your local REALTOR® association’s member portal or the National Association of REALTORS® website at www.nar.realtor and review your education or Code of Ethics completion record. For Fair Housing compliance, visit your state’s real estate licensing division website, sign in to your licensee portal, and confirm that a Fair Housing course appears in your completed continuing education credits.
