Loc is the Team Lead, Founder and Broker Associate of Ask Magis Realty Group powered by Keller Williams Signature Realty. 

Loc commits full time to help home buyers, home sellers, real estate investors and Realtors Associates achieve their goals. My areas of focus are the established Cypress, Northwest Houston and surrounding areas. 

Loc is proud of having three daughters and one son. This family man commits to contribute his part to make the world a better place by trying to be a better father, a better husband, a better son, a better friend, a better partner, a better leader day after day. 

Loc was the Co-Founder of Transcon, Eagle Shipping (2010-2014), Sales & Marketing at Damco, Kuehne + Nagel, Super Cargo (2006 - 2009). Late in 2013, Loc married to his soulmate, Trish, and decided to build new history in Houston since July, 2014. 

Loc faced a lot of challenges to locate and buy the first home in 2015. Loc set goal to become a good Real Estate Agent and build a good Real Estate Professional Team to help people avoid unnecessary challenges and difficulties. 

Loc made his dream come true since late 2018. Loc is now not only able to help a lot of family, but also leads Ask Magis Realty Group at Keller Williams Signature Realty to do more for others.
