First 10 Weeks To Success

When you start off in real estate, it is much like a plane during takeoff: you would think the pilot was crazy if they didn’t give it full throttle. After all, you know to get anything going forward you have to give it a push. Your real estate career is no different. What you focus on EXPANDS!. Once up and going, ease off a bit and give it enough gas to keep it flying.
The gas is Lead Generation. Whatever you decide to do for lead generation, you MUST do it daily and link the purpose and passion to thrive.
Each activity that requires you to perform an action.
If you have buyers and sellers you are working with, place the appointments in your schedule and block ample time to prepare for them. Do not give up your time for lead generation.
You time block lead generation just like an appointment. After all, you wouldn’t give up one appointment for another-you would keep both.
So the rule is
When you erase…you must replace.
So anytime you erase lead generation time, you must complete it another time. You must lead generate every day.
WEEK 1
- Time block all appointments with family and friends
- Record all holidays that you are taking off.
- Schedule time of team meetings for the entire year
- Watch New Agent Onboarding Orientation, also posted on FB Group
- Attend Tech Orientation
- Request & Set up Follow Up Boss, KW Team Command, Dotloop.
- Set up or complete HAR, Supra, ShowingSmart.
- Request & set up @AskMagisRealty.com email & signature on all devices
- Add Loc Tran friend on Facebook to be added into FB Private Group
- Like/ Subscribe to Follow FB Page & YouTube Channel: Ask Magis Realty Group
- Send headshot and standing photos to Team Lead to marketing materials ready
- Request Thi Pham for Canva Pro. account.
- Request to access Team Google Drive and Download to Desktop & Mobile App
- Time block all training times for CALIBRE, BOLD or other training you are to attend.
- Schedule your next three accountability sessions with Team Lead/ DOO
- Complete your profile on myKw.kw.com and agent.kw.com
- Complete your profile on Follow Up Boss and Website if applicable
- Download Mobile Apps: Gmail, Google Chat, HAR, Drive
- Sheets, Docs, Canva, RPR, ShowingSmart, Supra eKey
- Schedule appointment with DOO/ Thi Pham to Review and Complete Above Assignments
- Import Contacts/ Sphere: Phone book, Email Contacts and Other Contacts into Follow Up Boss.
- Acquire Ignite/ Calibre materials if you do not already have them
- Complete KPA, DISC and send to Team Lead.
- Book Mentoring Section with Loc to set Annual Goals, 4-1-1 and myGPS

- Build 100 Sphere of Influence database and added into Follow Up Boss.
- Schedule Mass Email Career Announcement to all database and Text to TOP100
- Assign Property Alerts (1 a week) on Team Website.
- Preview or Shadow 10 Houses
- Write 10 Notes to Database
- Hand 10 Business Card to 10 New Connections.
- Complete Social Media pages: Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube
- Request to join all community Facebook Groups
- Gain access if applicable Group Page: IG, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Facebook
- Post Career Announcement on Social Media Pages
- Time Block to practice Scripts 30 minutes a day.
- Attend KWS Weekly Meeting and Group Weekly Meeting
- Complete myGPS, 4-1-1 and turn in to Team Lead.
- Take class BRAND YOU on HAR.
- Host or Shadow 1 Open House.
WEEK 3
- Practice to write 1 Buyer Rep and Offer.
- Learn and Host 7 Level Open House and Door Knock first 100 houses.
- Call to Qualify 100 Contacts
- Add 25 Contacts, Make 100 Connections, Preview 10 Houses and Write 10 Notes
- Attend Ignite/ Calibre or Lead Generation 36:12:3 or Win The Buyers.
- Attend any Risk Management w/ Marilyn Oneil
- Attend script practice.
- Take Matrix and CMA classes if applicable (HAR Education)
- Meet 3 preferred lenders and record into Follow Up Boss.
- Complete How to Get Paid
- Learn Compliance Checklist for buyer.
- Learn Transaction History standard operation procedure.
- Learn Buyer communication conversation.
- Learn Buyer's pre-qualification questions.
- Create 25 Listing Alerts to prospect buyers in Team Website.
- Meet One-On-One with Team Lead/ Supervisor.
- Attend weekly team meeting.
- Create name card, sign ryder.
WEEK 4
- Watch two sessions on KWConnect (your choice). You can watch the same one more than once.
- Hold two open houses this week.
- Attend an Ignite session, if available as well as other training session.
- Complete Ignite homework for the week.
- Attend script practice.
- Role-play with other agents for 30 minutes for a minimum of two times this week.
- Add 25 new people to your database.
- Have 100 real estate related conversation.
- Write thank-you notes, great-to-talk-with-you notes, or email everyone that you spoke with on the phone.
- Enclose a business card in mailings.
- Enclose a business card when paying bills.
- Preview a minimum of 10 homes.
- Complete all assignments given by your coach.
- Take Contracts class
- Learn how to assist renters and pre-qualification renters.
- Learn how to use Dotloop.
- Learn mastery Follow Up Boss.
- Learn ShowcaseIDX.
WEEK 5
- Watch 2 sessions on KWConnect (your choice). You can watch the same one more than once.
- Have 100 RE related conversations.
- Hold two open houses this week.
- Learn Expireds and FSBO conversations.
- Request to be received expireds and FSBOs leads if applicable.
- Call a minimum of one FSBO or expired listing.
- Attend an Ignite session, if available as well as other training sessions.
- Complete Ignite homework for the week.
- Attend script practice.
- Role-play with other agents for 30 minutes for a minimum of two times this week.
- Add and Mail letters to 25 people in your database.
- Write thank-you notes, great-to-talk-with-you notes, or email everyone that you spoke with on the phone.
- Enclose a business card in mailings.
- Enclose a business card when paying bills.
- Preview a minimum of 10 homes
- Write 1 blog about 1 great community.
- Complete all assignments given by your coach.
- Learn Seller Compliance Checklist.
- Create 1 Listing Agreement and put 1 listing into MLS.
- Learn ShowcaseIDX.
- Create How-To Tutorials about using Team Website and Dotloop.
- Learn Transaction History for Seller.

- Make 1 videos and posts in social media.
- Learn Compliance Checklist for Landlord.
- Learn how to qualify a rental application.
- Join 7 Facebook Community Groups.
- 30' Minutes Time-block Social media with strategy 50/25/5.
WEEK 7
- Time block work on email per day and learn how to use email effectively.

- Practice RE conversations 30' 3 days a week.
- Have 100 RE related conversations.
